Privacy
What is sent, where it is stored, and how you stay in control.
Consent before sending
The first time you send a message the workspace asks you to approve that your text is sent to the selected model. The approval is stored in this browser (key ai_disclosure_v1). In Settings → Privacy use Ask me again to reset it. The server also refuses any chat request that does not carry disclosureAccepted: true.
What is stored
- Your conversations and their messages, in the
thundera_aidatabase, keyed to your user id. - Nothing from the browser except your consent flag and your model choice. Tokens are never stored by this app; your session lives in Thundera's HttpOnly cookies.
What leaves the app
Your message and recent context go to the Thundera models gateway, which routes them to a model provider. The gateway records request metadata for budgets and audit. Your user id is passed as an opaque identifier so usage is attributed per person.
