Common messages and what to do.
| You see | Meaning and fix |

| Sign in to use Thundera AI | No valid session. Sign in; if you just did, reload — cookies are set by auth.thundera.eu. |
| Your session expired. Sign in again to continue. | The API returned 401 mid-chat. Sign in again; your message stays in the conversation. |
| Your monthly AI allowance is used up. | Plan limit reached (402). Upgrade at billing or wait for the month to roll over (UTC). |
| Too many requests. Try again in a moment. | Rate limit (429): 20 chat requests per minute. |
| AI provider unavailable. | The gateway or the model behind the alias failed. Try another model, or retry shortly. Check status. |
| AI provider returned no response. | The model produced an empty answer. Rephrase and retry. |
| Conversation storage is unavailable right now. | The database is unreachable (503). Chat history and new chats resume when it recovers. |
| The model list is unavailable. | /api/models failed. Reload the page. |
